In 2005, Charles established his first bakery in Allauch, alongside his brother Michel. After seven years as a franchisee, Charles made the bold decision to launch his own brand and chose the name Hat’s, in reference to their family origins. Indeed, Hat’s means “Bread” in Armenian.

Today, Hat’s proudly boasts ten bakeries, three of which offer organic flours to meet various preferences. Their commitment to quality is recognized through their participation in the TV show “The Best Bakery in France,” propelling them to the regional finals.
